Cancellation Policy
When at least 12 hours' notice is given, appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without charge. 3rd cancellation less than the 12 hours will be charged 50% service price fee.
BIKINI AND BRAZILIANS:
If it is your first time receiving a bikini or brazilian service, you must grow out hair between 3-4 weeks. Before the service, an intimate wipe will be administered if needed. If you have your menstrual cycle, you are still able to receive the service, but you will be more sensitive. You must use a clean tampon or cup. No partners are allowed in the room while being serviced.
LATE POLICY/NO SHOW
If you arrive more than 6 minutes late for a service appointment, it may be cancelled and you may be charged a fee, or your appointment time may be reduced. No show appointment would be charged a 50% service price fee.
